I'm Sarah Lasater — Certified AI & Machine Learning Professional, Downtown Coordinator for the City of Victoria's Main Street Program, and founder of SparkLine Data Solutions.

The platforms I build are grounded in real organizational problems. From master plan command centers for city departments to operations dashboards for small businesses and program management hubs for Main Street programs, nonprofits, and economic development organizations — every build starts with what the people actually doing the work need most. I started this business because I lived the problem firsthand: data that matters, buried where no one can use it.

My background spans corporate sales, digital marketing, nonprofit fundraising, museum development, and municipal program administration. That breadth means I understand what different types of organizations actually need — not just technically, but operationally. Whether the client is a city department, a small construction company, or a Main Street program, the challenge is usually the same: the data exists, but the systems to use it don't.
